Self-Directed Learning (SDL):

Self-Directed Learning (SDL) empowers students to unlock their potential by choosing from approved methods to earn 6 SDL credits over two years. This flexible model enhances autonomy and drives their educational journey. Options include: MOOCs Course, Research Paper, Conference Paper, Live Project (15+ days), External Academic Participation, SSO (Self Society Organization).

IIP Across 9 Countries

This year, we were thrilled to participate in the International Immersion Programme (IIP) in Malaysia, continuing GIMS, Greater Noida’s tradition of offering a valuable overseas experience. The program included certifications, company visits, and leisure activities designed to provide students with industry insights and a unique international perspective.

Corporate Mentorship:

At GIMS, mentorship extends beyond academics, focusing on both personal and academic growth. Faculty members guide diverse groups of students, offering tailored support and counseling. This dynamic program fosters meaningful connections, empowering students to succeed academically and thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Incubation Centre:

Working closely with the Institute Innovation Councils (IICs), drives innovation and entrepreneurship through incubation support to help students refine their ideas and develop prototypes. InnovateUp, The GIMS incubation centre supports start-up creation by offering mentorship, funding opportunities, and networking connections for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Non-credit Inputs:

To support student growth and skill-building, we've introduced specialized modules focusing on essential, in-demand skills. These non-credit courses, designed in collaboration with our faculty and industry experts, cover critical areas such as Microsoft Excel, Learning & Development, Soft Skills, Communication and Aptitude Training.

The Corporate Talk Series:

Corporate interaction is a regular affair at GIMS, through The Chanakya Talk Series (CTS), The Prabodhan Talk Series (PTS), The Samrik Talk Series (STS) and The HR Talk Series (HTS) inviting leaders from the corporate world, veterans from the Defence forces and administrative services and the professional at operational level in the corporate world.
